Vikas College of Pharmacy was started in 2004 -05 by VC Educational Society, The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. The institution offers Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) followed by Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) Programme (Six years integrated course) Post Baccalaureate (P.B) by giving practice exposure to the Pharm D students at Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences Hospital a 1000 bed tertiary care teaching hospital, Narketpally.
