Fees payment: To apply for AP EAPCET 2025 online, candidates must follow a five-step process. First, they must check the eligibility criteria and make the fee payment online. After payment, they should verify the success or failure of the transaction in the payment status section. Once confirmed, candidates can proceed to fill in the application form using their Hall Ticket number, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, and other required details. The applicable fee (Rs 600 for OC, Rs 550 for BC, Rs 500 for SC/ST per stream) can be paid via Net Banking, Credit, or Debit Card. Upon clicking "Proceed to Pay" and confirming the details, the system redirects to the bank payment gateway. After successful payment, a confirmation message appears along with the Payment ID and Transaction ID, which must be saved. Then, candidates can click on "Proceed to Fill Application" either immediately or later. If the application is not filled the same day, the candidate must begin from step 3 on another day. In case of payment deduction without ID generation, candidates should wait and check the status later or reattempt payment the next day, with any duplicate deduction being refunded or adjusted.
Fill Application (Only After Fee Payment):
After successfully completing the fee payment, candidates can begin filling out the application form by selecting the “Fill Application (only after fee payment)” tab. To proceed, they must enter their Payment ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth, and then click on “Proceed to fill application.” In the form, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed. Additionally, details entered during the registration fee payment process are auto-filled, locked, and cannot be modified later.
Certificate Verification for AP EAPCET 2025 pharmacy admissions can be conducted either online or at designated Help Line Centers (HLCs), as notified by APSCHE. During this stage, candidates are required to provide specific documents to verify their eligibility and secure their place in the counseling process. These documents include the AP EAPCET 2025 Hall Ticket and Rank Card, marks memos of both 10th and 12th classes, and the Transfer Certificate (TC). Candidates must also submit study certificates from Class VI to Intermediate to establish their local status. Additionally, category-specific documents such as a Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/BC candidates), an Income Certificate (for those seeking fee reimbursement), and a Residence Certificate (for non-local candidates) must be provided where applicable. A valid Aadhar card is also mandatory for identity verification.
Web Options Entry is the next critical step following certificate verification in the AP EAPCET 2025 pharmacy counseling process. Once the official dates are announced, candidates must log in to the designated counseling portal using their credentials. They will then be able to view the list of available pharmacy colleges and courses (such as B.Pharm and Pharm.D) and are required to select their preferred options in the order of priority. It is important to carefully research and prioritize choices based on factors like location, faculty, infrastructure, and previous years' cutoffs. Candidates should frequently save their selections and ensure they lock their final choices before the deadline to avoid auto-locking or missing the chance to modify preferences.
Seat Allotment for AP EAPCET 2025 pharmacy admissions is carried out based on several key criteria. The primary factor is the candidate’s AP EAPCET 2025 rank, followed by their reservation category (such as OC, BC, SC, ST, or EWS). Additional considerations include the candidate’s local or non-local status, gender, and any applicable special categories, such as NCC, PH (Persons with Disabilities), or Sports quota. Based on these parameters and the preferences submitted during web options entry, a seat is allotted in a suitable college and course. Candidates can download their Provisional Allotment Letter from the official counseling website and must follow further instructions for confirming their admission.
Reporting to the Allotted College is the final and crucial step in securing admission through the AP EAPCET 2025 pharmacy counseling process. Once a seat is allotted, candidates must report to the assigned college within the stipulated time mentioned in the allotment letter. At the college, they are required to submit the provisional allotment letter along with all original certificates for verification. Additionally, candidates must pay the prescribed tuition fee as notified by the institution. Upon successful document submission and fee payment, the admission is formally confirmed, and the candidate becomes officially enrolled in the chosen pharmacy course.
Note: The Admission Process is written as per the ordinance of the official Counselling Agency.
