Admission Process
Document required for admission in D. Pharma / B. Pharma. / M. Pharma First Year and B. Pharma Second Year (Lateral Entry) through Counselling.
Candidates reporting for admissions are required to fill up the admission from in the institute. They are therefore advised to bring the following documents in Original for verification along with their photocopies:
In the table add “Score card of entrance examination CGPET/JEE” 3 photocopies.
- Candidates opting for B. Tech. / B. Pharma / D. Pharma who are passed out from CG Board have to submit TC only whereas Candidate from any board other than CG Board have to submit both TC & Migration certificate.
- Candidates opting for MBA / M. Tech. / M. Pharma have to submit both TC & Migration certificate from their respective universities.
- Candidates opting for B. Tech / B. Pharma 2nd Year (Diploma Holders) have to submit TC & Migration certificate from their respective University.
