The Jeypore College of Pharmacy founded in the year 2000, has today grown to become one of the forefront educational institutes in KBK District. Jeypore College of Pharmacy started in the year 2001.  The institute is managed by Banagiri Development Trust. The institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Odisha and affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha & Odisha State Board of Pharmacy, Odisha.

    D.PHARM (02 YEARS)

    Affiliation Body-Odisha State Board of Pharmacy, Bhubaneswar.

    To be eligible to apply for D.Pharm. course the applicant must

    Have passed 10 +2 Science examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Bioscience/Life-science) and/or Mathematics from C.H.S.E., Odisha or any examination equivalent to it, approved by PCI. Candidates must have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, both in theory as well as practical. Student of Vocational course& distance education/correspondence course are not eligible.

    AGE -Be 17 years of age as on 31.12

    Admission procedure

    Admission procedure is divided into two categories, i.e., Government seat and Management seat. 

    Availability of seats in Government & Private Pharmacy Colleges shall be notified separately: 85% of the seats of private institutions and all seats of Government institution (Pharmacy Wing, S.C.B. Medical College) will be available for State Quota and will be filled up by the counselling process.

     Rest 15% seats of private institutions will be available for the Management Quota and will be filled up by respective institutions. If any seats remain vacant after the counselling is over, the same will be filled up at institutional level by the respective management as per eligibility criteria.
