Candidates are strictly advised not to report to the college allotted in the 1st or 2nd round under any circumstances. They must wait for the Final Allotment, which will reflect any possible upgradation based on their filled and locked choices. Candidates who choose to withdraw after the 1st or 2nd round will be permanently removed from the counselling/allotment process and will not be considered in any future rounds. Only those candidates who have opted for upgradation will be considered for revised allotment. The Final Allotment results will be published on the official website www.ojee.nic.in, from where candidates can log in and download their Final Allotment Letters. After receiving the final allotment, candidates must report to their respective allotted colleges to complete the admission process. Upon reporting, they will be issued a registration card by the concerned college/university.

The temporarily allotted seat can be seen for reference, but candidates are strictly advised not to report to the allotted institution at this stage. Since the counselling process follows an option-based upgradation system, the current allotment may either remain the same or be upgraded in the next round, depending on the choices filled and the option selected (Freeze or Float). Therefore, candidates are advised to carefully arrange their preferences, placing higher-priority choices at the top. Once the Freeze or Float option is selected, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. After the allotment, candidates must compulsorily complete the following three steps: (a) exercise the Freeze or Float option, (b) upload the required documents in PDF format, and (c) pay the part admission/seat confirmation fee.

Allotment Round-II

Round-II Allotment will be available as per the schedule mentioned on the official OJEE website. Candidates will be informed of their allotment status via SMS (if a valid mobile number was provided during registration) and can also check it by logging into the OJEE-2023 portal. In this round, a candidate's allotment may be upgraded to a higher-priority choice or remain the same as the previous round, depending on their rank, choice preferences, and seat availability. Candidates who were unallotted in the previous round may receive a fresh allotment based on their rank and available options. Candidates are advised not to report to the allotted institution at this stage, as this is not the final allotment. Those who are not allotted any seat in this round need not take any action immediately and should wait for the Final Allotment. They may also choose to modify and relock their choices if desired. Candidates wishing to withdraw must follow the previously specified withdrawal procedure. All newly allotted candidates in this round must complete steps vi to ix of Step-8 to remain eligible for the Final Allotment. Failure to complete these steps will result in their allotment being cancelled, and their seats will be considered vacant for the final round.

Allotment Round-III

Round-III Allotment will include all candidates who were allotted seats in Round-II and confirmed them by completing all required steps, as well as candidates who were not allotted any seat in the previous rounds. The allotment results for Round-III will be available as per the schedule published on the official OJEE website, and candidates will be notified via SMS (if a valid mobile number was provided during registration). The allotment status can be viewed by logging into the OJEE-2025 portal. In this round, a candidate’s allotment may either be upgraded to a higher-priority choice or remain the same as in the previous round, depending on their rank, choice preferences, and seat availability. Candidates who remained unallotted in earlier rounds may receive an allotment based on the same criteria. Candidates are strictly advised not to report to the allotted institution at this stage, as this is not the final allotment. Candidates who do not receive any allotment in this round are not required to take any action and should wait for the Final Allotment. Those wishing to withdraw must follow the withdrawal procedure as mentioned earlier. All newly allotted candidates in this round must complete steps vi to ix of Step-8 to remain eligible for the Final Round of allotment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of their allotted seat, and the seat will be considered vacant for the final round.

Final Allotment

At this stage, all candidates participating in the upgradation process, unallotted candidates from previous rounds, and newly registered candidates will be considered for the Final Allotment. Candidates who were previously allotted seats may either retain their existing allotment or receive an upgraded one, while some new candidates may receive fresh allotments. Candidates who had previously frozen their allotment and those who were in the upgradation process can now download their Final Allotment Letter.
