Educational Qualification (B.Pharm & D.Pharm):
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination with English, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with Biology and/or Mathematics in the academic session 2025-26 or earlier.
Note: As per the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) notification, candidates who have completed 10+2 through open schooling with the above-mentioned subjects are also eligible for admission to B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Before filling the on-line application form, read the information booklet and instructions for filling on-line application form etc. very carefully. Ensure the eligibility and other requirements for admission as given in this booklet. Candidate should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, his/her candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.

The decision of RUHS/Admission Board regarding the application, registration, acceptance or rejection, and the entire process of RCA Pharmacy 2025, including admission or non-admission of any candidate, shall be final and binding on all concerned. The Board also reserves the right to revise or modify the schedule, conditions, and guidelines mentioned in the notification or information booklet at any stage of the admission process, if required due to unforeseen circumstances, with due updates made available on the official RUHS website.
Admission Test: The computer-based admission test for RCA Pharmacy 2025 will be conducted at Jaipur, with detailed information and syllabus available on the RUHS website. For B.Pharm and D.Pharm, the test will consist of 100 objective-type questions—50 from Physics and 50 from Chemistry, each carrying one mark, with no negative marking. Admit cards, along with instructions, will be available for download from the RUHS website and will not be sent by post. Candidates must appear for the test at their own expense, as no TA/DA will be provided, and participation in the test does not guarantee admission. Any candidate found using unfair means will be disqualified, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. RUHS/Admission Board reserves the right to designate test cities/centres, including options other than those mentioned in the information booklet.
Choice Filling: To participate in the counseling process, candidates must fill in their preferred choices of course and college in order of priority by paying a non-refundable counseling fee of ₹550. Detailed guidelines for choice filling and online payment of the counseling fee will be provided on the official RUHS website in due course.
Allotment of college and course: The allotment of colleges and courses for RCA Pharmacy 2025 will be strictly based on merit, seat availability and the order of preferences filled by candidates in the online application form covering only those colleges and courses approved by RUHS for the session 2025-26. In case of a tie in the admission test preference will be given first to the candidate with higher marks in 10+2 then to the older candidate and finally to the one with higher marks in the 10th examination. Allotment details will be published on the RUHS website and candidates must download the allotment letter and report in person to the allotted college with original documents and the prescribed fee by the scheduled date as failure to do so will lead to automatic cancellation. After the second round of counseling vacant and dropout seats in government universities/departments will be filled by the Pharmacy Admission Board while those in private self-financed colleges will be filled by the respective colleges except for EWS and Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) supernumerary seats which will be filled exclusively by the Admission Board.
Joining at allotted college and depositing of fees & other documents: At the time of joining the allotted college, candidates must carry a printout of the allotment letter and deposit the prescribed course fee along with original documents and one set of attested photocopies. The list of allotted candidates will be provided to the respective colleges included in the admission process, and the colleges will verify the credentials, documents, and required certificates of reporting candidates against the originals before confirming admission.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission: All Indian residents who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for RCA Pharmacy 2025 for admission to M.Pharm courses in private self-financed pharmacy colleges affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur as per the guidelines of PCI, RUHS, the State Government, and relevant court directions.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks (calculated over 4 years of study or 3 years in case of lateral entry) in a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from RUHS, or from any other recognized University/Institution, or an equivalent examination approved by the competent authority. A relaxation to 50% aggregate marks is allowed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/MBC (non-creamy layer) of Rajasthan. For candidates with results in CGPA the equivalent percentage must first be calculated and the same minimum qualifying marks will apply.

Application Procedure: Before filling out the application form, candidates must carefully read the information booklet to ensure they meet all eligibility and admission requirements. Admission Procedure: Admission to M.Pharm courses will be carried out strictly on the basis of merit, determined by the GPAT score or B.Pharm marks, along with the preferences of colleges and courses filled in the application form. Priority will be given to GPAT-qualified candidates. Candidates must exercise their options carefully as allotment will be based on merit, availability of seats, and the order of choices submitted.

The list of allotted colleges and courses will be uploaded on the RUHS website. It is the sole responsibility of candidates to check the website, download their allotment letter, and report in person to the allotted college with the required documents and prescribed fee by the notified deadline. Failure to report on time will lead to automatic cancellation of allotment and no excuses will be entertained.
After the central allotment process no further rounds will be conducted by the Counseling Board. Any vacant or dropout seats will be filled directly by the respective participating colleges as per the rules of PCI and RUHS.
