Such candidates may still be considered for seat allotment with a revised profile in subsequent rounds, based on vacancies. Candidates who wish to withdraw from the counselling process may do so as per the counselling schedule, and only those who have paid the part admission cum seat acceptance fee will be eligible to withdraw.

Candidates are strictly advised not to report to the allotted college after the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd round of allotment under any circumstances. They should wait for the final allotment, which will include any upgradation of seats or colleges based on their filled and locked choices. Candidates who choose to withdraw after any round of allotment will be permanently removed from the counselling and allotment process and will not be considered for further rounds or upgradation. Those who have opted for upgradation will be considered accordingly, and the final allotment results will be made available in the candidates’ login accounts. Candidates can then download their final allotment letters from the official website and must report to the finally allotted college for admission. Upon reporting, they will receive the registration card from the respective college or university. Candidates who have withdrawn at any stage will not be eligible for any further allotment or upgradation, while the remaining registered candidates, whether allotted earlier or not, will be considered for upgradation based on their freeze or float options.
Seat allotment procedure, reservation of seats: For seat allotment, a candidate’s rank, eligibility, reservation criteria, and other relevant factors will be thoroughly verified. Admission will be granted only after successful verification of credentials and documents during the counselling process. The seat allotment will be carried out based on the choices filled and locked by the candidates, as recorded on the server. During allotment, the candidate’s rank and category will be considered as per their declared information. The process will evaluate all the choices filled by the candidate in order of preference at each stage. There is no limit on the number of choices a candidate can fill, and it is strongly recommended to provide the maximum number of preferences to enhance the chances of allotment. Before the allotment process begins for any program, three essential steps must be completed as per the prescribed procedure.
